Poor and broke

"I've never been poor, only broke. Being poor is a frame of mind. Being broke is a temporary situation."

There are poor people in the world but its because they have been broke for so long, or always have had a limited supply of money, that they mind considers themselves as poor!! Do you think this is a true statement, why or why not??

This is so true. God determines everything. This quote mean that we only have limited control of what happens.
